Emerging Canadian visual artists, Natasha Boone, Chandra Kremski, and anonymous b. are combining forces to form this unique collaborative group art exhibition. All three artists, having exhibited individually, are now combining into a one-time collective April 4th! Across mediums, styles and influences, all three employ a dynamic ability to evoke thought, feeling and impression. Come explore this unique juncture of talent at the beautiful and strategically located Flatlander’s Studio.
There will also be a live performance by the local talent Marcel Desilets! A night of art AND music!
Stan and Sophia will be hosting a “Tech – Do the Things Day” on Saturday, November 5, basically we are going to spend the day 9 – 5, doing some bigger projects we’ve wanted to do to improve the stage/ sound area… Such as: reroute the chords to remove the feedback destroyer, reposition speakers and go through the snake channels to name a few. Everyone is invited to come and help out (in fact we welcome it) and we’ll have some easier tasks to do as well. We could also use this day for some training as we’ve been trying out a new program for lyrics if anyone was keen for those on the projection side. So if anyone is interested in helping out even just for a couple hours let us know! Lunch will be provided!
