For those who are interested in Joining the Outer Circle in 2015. Meet others who also are interested and join a Triad.
We are EARTHLY sons of our parents and HEAVENLY sons of God BY FAITH — but what kind of sons are we?
Come and enjoy a weekend of reflection and fun (with great food!) as we dive into more of what it means to live as real sons of our Father in heaven.
*Bring a sleeping bag/bedding/tent if required. We have limited inside beds (first come basis) but lots of decks for tenting or mats!*
The Outer Circle is one of our primary ways of facilitating connection and growth at WCV. If you’ve been part of it in the past, now is the time to be engaging in the annual sign-on process. There is going to be a WCV Men’s Night at Sherwood and Jocelyn’s house on May 24th from 6-9pm. It will be a BBQ and hang out time! All men welcome! Please connect with the office for the address and to RSVP!
What to bring:
- A shareable salad, side or beverage. If what you bring has nuts/gluten, please label it. Hotdogs and hamburgers will be provided.
- Bring runners or shoes for doing fun stuff outside. There will be opportunity to play some games – football/ultimate/street hockey or other things. Does anyone have a croquet/lawn bowling set?
- Possible street hockey. If enough people bring sticks, we can play a game of ball hockey.
- Lawn chair for sitting.
- Any other fun thing that people like to do outside.
- In the event of rain, we will be indoors.
Come to Sherwood and Jocelyn’s house for a guy’s night! There will be hot dogs. Feel free to bring something to share!
