Want to come to our party? Let’s eat together! The youth are hosting a potluck and prayer evening on Wednesday, Aug 29th @ 6pm. The heart behind this is to serve folks beyond our walls. We want to eat with our neighbours and offer prayer and friendship. Come and join us in the green space. Bring a favourite dish and be ready to love on our community. Greetings! If you work with kids or youth at WCV, you are invited to a Plan to Protect Training at WCV on June 2nd 12:00-2:00 PM! We value our kids and youth and we value you as a volunteer!!
Why? Because we care about our kids & youth @ WCV and we care about our volunteers! Plan to Protect is designed to help churches stay safe.
When? Right after church (lunch will be served and is on us!)

WCV will be doing an annual fire drill at the end of the service on Oct 6th. This is part of WCV’s Plan to Protect policy. Kids Church will practice leaving their rooms with the volunteers down the designated stairwells. All of the kids and youth will head to the Greenspace,where their parents can pick them up and sign them out.
For both the fire drill and in case of any real emergency, Kid’s Church volunteers will escort children and youth (carrying all of the babies) safely out of the building.
