Emerging Canadian visual artists, Natasha Boone, Chandra Kremski, and anonymous b. are combining forces to form this unique collaborative group art exhibition. All three artists, having exhibited individually, are now combining into a one-time collective April 4th! Across mediums, styles and influences, all three employ a dynamic ability to evoke thought, feeling and impression. Come explore this unique juncture of talent at the beautiful and strategically located Flatlander’s Studio.
There will also be a live performance by the local talent Marcel Desilets! A night of art AND music!

This Sunday, instead of going to the WCV Farm, we are meeting at the LBE Camp, just south of the farm in Hadashville.
A special evening featuring a screening of the critically acclaimed documentary “Five Broken Cameras,” with presentations by Rachelle Friesen and Tom, both of whom will share about their experiences of living and working for peace and justice in the West Bank and Gaza. Q&A to follow.

We’re going to have farm day this year at the Explorers Bible Camp in Hadashville! The camp has a swimming lake with slide, diving dock, canoes, kayaks, life jackets etc. and we would love to everyone come. Families and kids are welcome. There is an indoor trailer with flush toilets too!

If you’re driving: 0.5 km North of #1 on Highway #11 (towards Lac du Bonnet and Hadashville). Turn right at the co sign and travel 1km through the forest down to the beach.

Only go 1/2 km on Hwy #11, and then turn right onto to the Explorers Bible Camp Property, via the camp road. Follow the road for 1.2 km through the forest until you come to a clearing that opens up into a beach area. You have arrived to the fun.

A new gallery will be opening up in the Flatlanders Studio on May 5th, 2017. We encourage you to come out for the opening reception, Friday May 5th at 7 p.m. There will also be an artist talk on May 12th at 7:30 p.m.
The gallery will be open from May 5 – June 30. Gallery hours are every Wednesday, 7-9 p.m. and every Saturday, 1-4 p.m.
